Ala ("Harmony" in Elven)(High Elf and somewhat diverse Small Town)
Ala is the High Elf Kingom's main canter of trade with the rest of Flanes. Due to the (natural) clearing leading out if rge High Elf Woods, it provides easy access in and out if the kingdom for non-elven races.
Although Alala is also a large settlemnt devoted to trade for the kingdom, not all people(s) on Flanes have access to the seas, so Ala is a much better (albiet slower) option for many.
Due to the cosntant wave of merchants and visitors, Ala has a large permanent population of other races.

Corwyl
Darastrix Irthos ("Dragon Secret" in Draconic)
Dece
Dhoua (Falcon-kin in elven) (Avariel Hamlet)
This hamlet is made up of mostly Warrior Class Avariels who leave the Avariel lands in favor of the High Elf Kingdom's more warrior and military oriented way of life.
Although the Avariels, like the other immigrant elf groups, of the High Elf Kingdom are few in number compared to the High Elves, their ariel units/forces prove deadly in conjunction with the traditional High Elven Units. So much so that the High Elf Kingdom's Head Generals strive between themselves to posses them in their armies.
Although only a hamlet, more and more Avariels have begun to immigrate to the High Elf Kingdom during the last few years. Perhaps this is due to the High Elf Kingdom's goals of leading the expansion back to the Elves' traditional lands and holdings now that the human plegue is done with.

Efo
Elala ("Green Harmony" in Elven)
-The only foreign power located on Las Rah is the High Elf Kingdom's recently founded port small town of Elala ("Green Harmony" in Elven). The town is located within the territory of the biggest Jungle Elf tribe of Las Rah called Nis Am Ua ("Dawn Strider Clan" in Elven), and was founded with the full consent of the tribe's elders after nigotiations with the High Elf Queen herself in 40AF. Both nations benefit from the agreement, with the town bringing in trade for their tribe's native goods (furs, herbal items, etc), and the High Elf Queen has sworn her people's aid and armies in times of need as long as it was not a conflcit with other Elves. The town has also began eased tensions with rival clans and races, for the Nis Am Ua elders have begun to offer those tribe's and races who agree to peace permission to travel into their territory so they could trade with the foreign merchants. A surprisng number of neighboring tribes have taken up the elders' offers, and this has caused a somewhat stable peace in the area surrounding the Nis Am Ua.
Elven Home (In Common) (Human Thorp)
Although the High Elf Kingdom, like all the other non-human nations, had amassed it's military forces around it's borders during the Last Great Human War, they were not heartless. Occasionally a few scared human refugees would turn up at their territory begging for asylum, which the elven soldiers could not force themselves to turn away.
These refugees have since gathered, and formed their own small settlement in the High Elf Kingdom.
They have sworn to abide by the elven way of life, and attempt their best to live of nature while not hurting the forest.

It declared it's independence from Corwyl near the end of the human's second Great Human War, and was later peacefully acknowledged as independent by the Corwyl.
Island of our Gods

This acient, beuatiful, and enormous complex is devoted the the Worhip of the Seldarine, and the training of their divinely chosen vessels.
As you enter what appears to be a small city, you are sturck by the all-encompising beauty of this place. Everywhere you turn you see acnient buildings, statues, fountains, and gardens of exceeding quality, even by elven starnders. Every precious metal and rare jewel immgainable is worked into every form of structure, and around them lay carefully tended gardends consisting of beuatiful plants and followers gathered from throught the planes.

The Tomb of Horrors
Ver ("Peace" in Elven) (Wood Elf Thorp)
Ver is a small holding of Wood Elves who reside within the High Elf Kingdom. Though many more Wood Elves live within Zaaira, and some others are scattered around the kingdom, this is the High Elf Kingdom's only traditionally built and functioning settlment.
Yerp ("Junk" in Gnoll)
Yerp is an ancient Human fortress city who's name has been forgotten to most but the libraries of the Long-Lived Races.
It's crubling walls and rotting roofs are currently being rebuilt by Gnoll slaves, who's slavers are motivated by the brutal will of the Gnoll Queen.
As the Gnoll Queen conquers more Gnoll bands and tribes, those too small to form their own fortified encampments but too big to be wasted on the outskirts as patrol bands are sent here (or killed).
Yopee ("Water" in Gnoll)
This human port city was once a major trade port on Origin due to it's location so deep within the continent, yet still having access to the open oceans. This allowed the transport of good from deep within the continent to be transported across orgin in great speed.
However, now the once beautiful city lies in ruins. It's buildings crubmling, and it's docks rotting away.
Today the Gnoll Queen is collecting subjugated Gnoll bands and tribes here and instructing them to work their slaves to death to rebuild it.
Zaaira (Royal-Home in Elven): The Royal City of the High Elves. (Metropolis Size)
This is the capital of the ancient High Elf Kingdom. The city dates back to before any other races appeared on Origin. From here the royal family, lead by Alarielle the High Elf Queen, rules over the High Elf Kingdom.
This walled city lies deep within the center of the High Elf Woods, and not a single road or other passage leads to it from the outside world. This is partly why this ageless settlement has never fallen to invading forces. However, it still manages to sustain a flurishing metropolis sized population.
The Royal City's front gates face the Giant Eagle Peaks, in honor of the ancient pact between both races.
